I can't describe how amazing it was to be back at Linnet Clough Phase 2. The work we did in a matter of a week. Just astounds me in just 4 and half days we created a go kart track out of what can only be explained as a pile of mud. And when we finished the track, the feeling of self satisfaction was brilliant and felt by everyone. Knowing that between us we lifted and moved around 40 tones of gravel and created an activity which would be enjoyed by others is simply fantastic
Although I was happy with my grades I was glad of the opportunity to upgrade a pass mark to a merit through the making and delivering a presentation we received helpful advice on how to turn a pass grade into a distinction.

I had never realized how much our groups had separated over the last year, thanks to the Linnet Clough experience we all are now much closer, I have never felt so connected to everyone, which makes it all the more harder knowing that this is our final year together, but at least we now finish as strong team, which is as we started. I love them all?

Adrian this year has let me help him with the pre 16 fitness sessions at college; this has been fantastic and has definitely helped me in progressing towards my goal of being a PTI in my future career.

This was a fantastic week; yes the work was strenuous at times however I hope that it can be done again because it brings so much happiness and a real reunion between lost friendships
